UH Law Classes

This page was maintained for Jack Townsend’s students at UH Law School where he taught Tax Procedure (taught every year in the Fall) and Tax Fraud and Money Laundering (a tax crimes course taught every other Spring).  Jack retired from many years as Adjunct Professor at UH Law School after the 2015 Fall Semester.  Jack does not teach now, but continues to publish his annual Federal Tax Procedure book, here, and the Tax Crimes Chapter in the Saltzman Treatise, here.  In addition, Jack maintains a Federal Tax Crimes Blog, here, and a Federal Tax Procedure Blog, here.  In the Federal Tax Procedure Blog, Jack provides entries primarily of interest to uses of his Federal Tax Procedure book.
