The State Bar of Texas requires that Townsend & Jones, L.L.P. designate a "Principal Office." There is, however, no functional distinction between the offices. Accordingly, in odd years (e/g. 2001), the Dallas Office is the Principal Office, and in even years (e.g., 2002), the Houston Office is the Principal Office.
